Geothermal resources are used to generate
electricity and supply heat for industrial and
residential use.
In many locations, including New Zealand, the
surface expression of geothermal activity in the form of
hot springs and geysers are valued for tourism.
I serve clients in three ways:
1) develop exploration strategies
2) identify the locations of hot, productive
reservoirs, especially ones that are blind or masked by
feeble surface expression
3) assist resource management to
minimize exploitation impacts on the behavior of hot
springs and geysers.
I can help you obtain samples
on hydrothermal fluids and minerals and interpret their
significance.
